This year’s eight expedition participants took to social media all week long to document their FYPx journey. Living for the Unknown
When participant Mellie Davis of TheFatAppleNYC.com learned she would be a part of this year’s expedition, she was ready to take on the challenge. As a teacher and fashion blogger based in New York City, Mellie seized the opportunity to embrace the unknown and get out of her comfort zone. Off-Roading and Sand-Boarding at Great Sand Dunes National Park & Preserve
The first stop along the road for our expeditioners was Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. The dunes of this park offer more than just great views. Participant Victor Wei shares his experience sand-boarding the dunes, off-roading through backroads in a caravan of Subaru Outbacks, getting to know his fellow participants, and catching the enthusiasm from the amazing park rangers of this beautiful Colorado park.
