Thanks for all you do! Im so proud of you and the work you are doing! Keep up the amazing things you get to do with all your talents!!
My wife Lindsey and my 3 year old son Oliver visited in August during a medical emergency in the campground. We had driven to the park in our RV. We have prayed since that day that the little boy who was taken to the hospital in a helicopter survived and is well today. Thank you all for your professionalism and dedication to helping that family. It is a comfort to know good folks like you all are looking out for visitors like us, on top of all your other priorities, namely preserving the remnants of an amazing culture who once lived and gathered there.
I took my first trip to Zion National Park about15 ago, convinced by a concierge at the Grand Canyon that I really just had to go see this park because it was magical! And Magical it was! I have never seen formations like the ones while driving into the park on state Highway 89 and I returned almost every year to take it all in. By the time I turned 60 I had decided to celebrate by going to see the park in every season (expect for the summer). That was the best birthday ever and it was beyond beautiful.
Thank you for providing great family adventures. My 9 year old grandson has earned 47 Junior Ranger badges and earned the 1st badge awarded at Bainbridge Island. My 6 year old grandson has earned 24 Junior Ranger badges and earned the second Badge awarded at Bainbridge Island. We have 3 generations who appreciate people like you who enable fun and memorable family gatherings and escapes.
For everything you do! I'll be doing the same thing one day. Thank you for inspiring me to follow my dreams
To all the rangers in 2014 that were giving ranger talks.. I took my 3 grandsons to Yellowstone and the youngest, age 4 at the time, LOVED the ranger talks. He soaked that stuff in and at age 16 today still remembers them. The talks made a great impression on him and everyone was so awesome and deal with the boys questions, non stop. You do make a difference, even if you don't see the outcome!
Thanks to all the great team members at the park for your hard work and dedication to making the Indiana Dunes one of the best and most popular parks in the country. I am so proud to be so close and have taken so many adventures there myself. Rock on!
