We love visiting the parks are feeling welcomed by the rangers and ambassadors. We love the hikes they lead or the presentations about the history, geology, and info about the park and what makes it a special place. I wish there were more employees in the parks. I am sure those there are very very busy.

Thanks to the terrific team member who helped us purchase our lifetime pass on Thursday November 4. I didn't get his name but he was patient, efficient, friendly and fun!

Thank you for your concern and support during our visit to Craters of the Moon! On Labor Day weekend we arrived in your parking lot and immediately realized our radiator was leaking rapidly. You helped us contact road assistance which unfortunately was not available. We hung out all day debating whether to stay or leave. You assured us that we were welcome and continued to check on us throughout the day. Eventually we decided to fill the radiator and drive a short distance. The radiator held the water and we drove onto Idaho Falls so we could be at the car service area the next morning.

Love the Ranger-led programs and hikes in every park we have visited! It’s always better with a guide who knows so much! Thanks!

Thank you doesn't quite cover it. Who knew my best friend growing up would one day be helping save one of our national treasures. Seems kinda honky but, it's true... You're living the dream, and it makes me so proud. I'm often reminded of you and "Ruby", the best cherry pie maker ever. Reach out when you get settled in Arizona... Ranger Doug was so helpful and patient in helping me decide which trails hike and what to see. It was very evident that he loved his job. If every park had rangers like him, it would be amazing for the NPS.

Wonderful staff at all parks. Everybody friendly and willing to go the extra mile! Visited 3 last year and it was a wonderful experience! Park rangers rock!
