I had the privilege of volunteering at Mount Locust in 2023. Ranger Jeremy went out of his way to make me welcome, and made me feel a part of the team. He was a wealth of information, and actively engaged with the public in a positive and friendly manner. It was a pleasure to work alongside him. The Natchez Trace National Park, and in particular Mount Locust, is a hidden gem in the National Park system.
