Thank you for ALL you do! YOU as well as the park are a national treasure.
Love, Sarah
We visited a number of years ago, but have vivid memories of the last season snow that had fallen and the fun folks were having building snowfolks and such. The on duty Rangers were working hard to assure our safety that day. Being from Minnesota we had to laugh as we traveled all the way to California for snow. Memories of our first retirement road trip in 2014.
Thank you for your tireless efforts to keep America beautiful and clean. You are truly the unsung heroes.
Thank you for all your work and dedication to keeping the park and its animals safe for generations to come
I am so appreciative of your efforts and belief in the importance of the great outdoors! In these difficult times, begin nature is more important than ever!
Thank you so much for your service and sacrifice in protecting and caring for the parks.
We see you, we appreciate you. You are loved and supported. Thank you!
I have the most beautiful photo (and memory) of my adult son who has a brain injury working hard to get his Junior Ranger badge. The volunteer, a young man, treated my son like he was the best thing since sliced bread. He quickly noticed how much effort my son put into the work. He gave him the little ceremony just like it was meant especially for him. It was the BEST. I wish I could send you the photo. Iām so grateful for the National Park system. My sonās wish is to visit them all. We made it to the Everglades in November. He buys a t-shirt and a pin from every one.
We were in the Smokys via Asheville over Labor Day weekend and have such an appreciation for Mother Nature and everything parks crew does to keep the parks beautiful and safe for everyone!
Thanks for continually being available as ambassadors for us and engaged in caring for our parks!
I had the privilege of volunteering at Mount Locust in 2023. Ranger Jeremy went out of his way to make me welcome, and made me feel a part of the team. He was a wealth of information, and actively engaged with the public in a positive and friendly manner. It was a pleasure to work alongside him. The Natchez Trace National Park, and in particular Mount Locust, is a hidden gem in the National Park system.
