Everyone who works at Joshua Tree

Thank you to all of you who work to keep this park as unspoiled and beautiful as it is. My visit there changed my life -- in a wonderful way. I had been through a terrible ordeal of caretaking my husband through his four years of cancer treatment and my mind was awash with grief and sadness and I just couldn't think thoughts that pertained to things outside my own head. Joshua Tree enabled me to open my eyes and look outward, beyond myself, and remember the bond I had always felt with nature but seemed to have lost. There was a primeval atmosphere that humbled me.

Staff

Your park was my very first national park that I attended after receiving my Golden Pass. And my first trip thru Utah. What a great experience it was! Thanks to all the staff who helped make the trip go smoothly and enjoyably. DZ

Ed Wenschhof

Please share my huge "thank you" to all the CHOH and POHE staff members who helped with the Potomac Heritage Trail Roundtable, and for sharing the Williamsport headquarters with our partners. It is so important that we have this annual opportunity to exchange ideas and learn more about ways we can work together.

Park Ambassadors

My husband and I are trying to do all the national park units. Have been at it for about 30 years....we just got back from North Dakota- everywhere we go, we always find such interesting and giving rangers and ambassadors- we are having such a good time exploring our country!

all National Park and Monument Staff

To all our fabulous Park Rangers and other team members, thanks for all you do to keep our parks, monuments, and other designated lands safe and open to all who arrive at your doors and gates. Please know you are appreciated and enhance every visit to a national holding. From Alaska to Florida and everywhere between, all my visits would have been impossible without you.

Ambassadors

I would like to all park rangers and all that work to keep the parks working and safe. Your knowledge and protection of all areas of the park are appreciated. The Native American Indians treasure our land too and thanks to those park rangers who I am sure have special stories to tell of their beliefs. Thanks to all for your protection of our parks. Pocahontas State Park has many wonderful sites and events planned for the public.
