Thank you for caring and help saving life's most beautiful resource our parks!! You're the best!
Thanks to all of the park rangers, members, and volunteers for protecting our parks and natural resources, and preserving them for our children and their children to enjoy.
Every ranger and ambassador we encountered at the Elkmont campground in August 2021 deserves our gratitude, but I would like to point out one in particular, whose name I unfortunately did not catch when he dropped by our site to unlock our electric box for medical use. We arrived in the middle of a monsoon, and this ranger allowed us to pitch our tent just outside the tent pad because the pad had flooded and was completely unusable.
Always in great spirits, informative and kind to all the Volunteers, exceptional attitude, helpful to patrons especially during the pandemic.
Thanks for your very interesting talk today on the desert bighorn sheep....glad we happened upon your talk this morning- very interesting and loved your enthusiasm and knowledge!
Since I was little, my family has enjoyed the walking tours and fireside talks. Thank you to everyone who works so hard, many behind the scenes, to keep our Parks "America's Crown Jewels"!
Thank you for the commitment you have to making Ft. Monroe a destination of value. I fully appreciate any time I can spend enjoying Ft. Monroe.
Thanks Whitney for standing, giving directions and encouraging folks to enjoy the park. Yesterday was a beautiful day - sorry we didn't go far enough south to see you.
This goes out to Park Rangers generally. I have never yet visited a national park, whether historic or natural, where I haven't been totally impressed by the knowledge and skills of the Park Rangers. They are like docents for the treasures of our nation. I am so grateful for the work that you do and the kindness and interest you show toward park visitors. You really deserve to be commended!!!
I want to say thank you to all the individuals in the Ranger Service, as well as those who maintain our parks, for the jobs they do every day preserving the wildlife and natural world for the enjoyment of the general public. It's important that the experiences of hiking, river rafting, camping and enjoying pristine surroundings be available for people to enjoy as children and as adults. Shenandoah, and other national parks, helped mold my appreciation of our living earth as a child and carried over into my adulthood.
