Behind every national park is a team of ordinary people who are dedicated to maintaining the extraordinary. They may not wear capes, but they're heroes in our book. Meet the individuals who protect our parks and send thanks to an NPS employee or volunteer who made your last visit extra special.

National Park Ambassadors
They maintain habitats, educate visitors, and preserve history. They're rangers, museum curators, engineers, volunteers, landscape architects, and fire fighters. They're the treasured stewards of our national parks. They're National Park Ambassadors.

Thank you, Cannot remember names. The staff at the Rocky Mountain national park were very helpful navigating us around the park. They helped us with trails and provided us with maps and talked to us about what to expect on the trails. We had a great vacation. They informed us of where to go for viewing wildlife. They also helped us with directions. I guess you could say they were helpful in all areas. They were so friendly and you could tell they enjoyed doing their job. Thanks for all you do for the parks. You all truly make a difference!
